Lifetime Applicator Warranty

Your new Ultra VPL™ comes with 2 applicators. Each applicator will last 10,000 shots (that is 10,000 actual pulls of the trigger, not pulses). This is to insure that the flashlamp used to generate the light is always maintained at the highest performance level. It also insures that the cut-off filter in the applicator will always be within optimal performance parameters. An "average" treatment will use 30 shots, so each applicator should perform approximately 330 treatments.

A counter on the Ultra VPL™ will keep you constantly apprised of the shots remaining on each applicator, so you'll never be surprised by an expiring bulb. When you realize you are approaching the expiration point, call us to order a factory refurbished applicator - cost is $1,000. (or $0.10 per shot).

Our applicators go through a complete overhaul. The flash lamp and the filter are replaced. Every part is inspected for any type of wear or damageand replaced if any detected. Your replacement applicator is then fully warranted for the next 10,000 shots. That means:

your VPL™ applicator will always be under warranty.

It's also very easy for you to get a refurbished VPL™  applicator. When you notice you are getting close to the end of your 10,000 shots, call us before 4:00 pm CST. Your refurbished applicator will be in your hands the next day. When you receive your newly refurbished applicator, put the expired applicator in the same box, affix the enclosed FedEx label to the outside of the box, and call for a pick up. Its that easy.
